Starbucks - San Pablo

I absolutely adore the staff at this restaurant. They are incredibly nice and polite, always friendly and welcoming. I really appreciate their dedication and the fact that they put their health at risk every day to provide customers with a little joy in their coffee. Thank you!

This starbucks always finds new ways to disappoint me ???????. They close indoors too early and they always close before 9 even though they 're supposed to clear out by 9. Last time I came here it was 8:40 and they closed on us literally on our turn. They say they close down earlier than the time posted because they are short staffed but it happens all the time. You can 't order on any other vehicle other than a car and even if you order to take out they only deliver to you on car. Aside from that the line is always taking long and it only happens at this starbucks, so you can expect about 15 to 20 minutes in line. They also mess up orders more frequently than other starbucks near by. Overall I just recommend not going to this starbucks and if you do, go at least half an hour before they close because you never know when they 're actually closed until you 're there.

My niece was in here waiting so patiently for the items she ordered. As she sat and waited everyone who was working there was completely ignored her WHILE COMPLETELY IGNORING THE FACT I WAS IN LINE WAITING TO BE HELPED. When some construction men came in they were greeted and helped and I had to interrupt and mention I've been waiting in life for more then 5 min while Noone was in line. They can't even say that they didn't see me because I had eye contact with each on them.

Very nice and pet friendly!!! My cat had a very good experience while having his first puppuccino .
