El Cuscatlan - San Pablo

It was the first time that I visited this place, and is going to be the last one because I won't come back there. The food was good, but the service was terrible. I waited for the food that I ordered for a long time. People who came later than me were served before me. I ordered water, and it never was brought to me. The server never came back to ask if we needed something else. I even had to ask for the check. I am definitely not going back.

First time here and definitely the last.. The food was ok(had better) and the service was TERRIBLE. Food took a long time to come out and never got asked if we needed anything. Employees were all standing around doing absolutely nothing. Just standing the bar area talking. A bunch of tables had dirty plates all over and were never cleaned up. Had to ask for the check because our server never came to check on our table. Overall a bad experience. Won’t be coming back.

If you change your hours of operation, you should update it on your website so customers don't have to drive to your location just to find out that it's already closed.

There's no reason why I should wait 30 minutes for them to even ask what I want to drink... even tho the place was basically

The food is excellent. We've visited this restaurant several times now for breakfast and lunch... all I can say is ¡you've got to give it a try! The custermer service is awesome. They all have a nice smile and a good attitude. We always get served in a matter of minutes. I especially love the sweet plantains. The popular are to die for. You won't regret coming here.
