Shitake - San Miguel de Tucumán

They have some vegan options (about half the hot buffet), but it is a shame that nothing is labeled as vegan, so they have to rely on the personal to tell them what they can eat. Otherwise, the pricing is reasonable and eating is delicious. there are also more places that are not on happycow, and even a shitake pub with live music.

20-30 court options that are buffet style. we went in the evening and eating was cold, but they can use the microwave oven to warm it up. 260pesos for a teller with a drink and dessert, so it is a fairer price. the food was decent

Has an invigorated caffe atmosphere that eating is incredible. they have such an amazing series of different foods, the creation of interesting taste with vegetarian only ingredients. like other critikens I have seen, have said, I don't think it's especially for vegans they think, but for vegetarians it's fantastic. they also found us an additional table when they had run out. it feels like this is the kind of food for which they would pay a lot in Britain and Europe.

That was a disappointment for us. there was nothing vegan. They'll force you to buy a drink, even if you don't want to. very not recommended.

My husband and I are traveling in Argentina for the MotoGP races, and oftentimes have trouble finding good vegan or vegetarian restaurants. This cafe is small and clean, with a good music vibe and busy floor. It is open buffet style, with regional delicacies, quiches, pizza, fresh lentil and chickpea salads, as well as a hot bar with wonderful lunch choices. Nothing is labeled, but it is fun to try different things, and they have wine and beer selections. They also do take-away. It was a great little gem to find in Tucumán! We highly recommend it
