Trazo 1810 - San Miguel de Allende

The hotel is in an old remodeled house, the decoration is incredible, the interior design can be enjoyed every day of the stay. It is a mix of old and modern. The staff's attention is incredible from the reception, dining room, cleaning, Valet parking, concierge and even maintenance. We stayed for 4 days and you got to live with them in a close and superlatively pleasant way. The cleanliness is brutally noticeable, you can enjoy it by sight and smell. The stay there made us enjoy every day in San Miguel, the details are daily and you can notice them. You can really be left speechless by the hotel, the room is super and when we arrived they gave us a room upgrade, the breakfast included was very good, the only minor detail is the terrace and pool are not finished since the hotel is new. If you stay you will enjoy it

A group of four women planned to eat dinner, we ordered drinks and after the drinks arrived they turned up the music so loud we could not hear each other to talk. We asked them to turn the music lower and they refused so we left and ate somewhere else.

Desde el momento en que llegué, la atención del botones y de la recepcionista fue extraordinaria, me hicieron sentir importante y muy bien atendido. Las instalaciones y la habitación son altamente calificables, exactamente lo que busco para mis clientes.

El personal del hotel es muy amable, las habitaciones son hermosas y el hotel tiene una decoración increíble. Sin embargo, el restaurante no es recomendable para comer allí, ya que el servicio es lento.
