The best bakery in Puglia!!! Great focaccia, especially the stuffed one. You can find excellent fries, almond cakes, bread and cookies made with cereal flour, korasan, rye.. and much more. I mean... an experience that delights the palate... Just great!

It is a very well known oven/panettery in the area. you can taste taralli and frise of remarkable quality (I recommend the whole frise and the onion taralli). the bread is very good but the onion focaccia is really remarkable! you can also find excellent sweets of almond paste, the famous biscuits of Ceglie and cookies with almonds and dried figs that are a delicacy.
