Susan is fantastic! I brought in a picture of the hairstyle I wanted, and she executed it perfectly. I highly recommend her. Overall, everyone at the salon was incredibly kind. Even though my hair appointment took longer than I expected, the staff were so pleasant and offered me snacks, water, and coffee. I’m really happy with my hair and feel fortunate to have found such an amazing hair salon. Service: hair dye.

Y Salon made it so easy to book online and they have all their services clearly listed so you can pick exactly the services you are needing. I came into my appointment early and was greeted and offered a variety of refreshments. I got sat in a really tidy station and my hair artist, Yvonne, was really attentive to what I described I wanted. She offered other options and I was so glad she did. I left with one of the best hair cuts in a style I never considered and it exceeded my expectations. Yvonne is an incredible colorist and stylist. I absolutely love my new hair. After moving to the area, I was dreading trying to find someone to trust with my hair. I am so happy I found Y Salon and found the person I will be trusting with for all my future hair needs!

I've gotten my hair cut twice at Y Salon. Both haircuts have turned out great their stylists are definitely talented. To be honest, I was trying not to go back a second time, but this was the easiest place to make an appointment. The reason I didn't want to go back was because even though they charge high salon prices $350+tip for my cut and color), the ambiance is not relaxing or high end. I know I can get a good haircut here, but if I really want to treat myself, I'll probably go somewhere else next time.Services: Balayage
