Bambú Vegetariano - San Marcos Sierra

It is my favorite vegetarian restaurant!!! In summer there are more variety of salads!! Exquisite and gourmet! Honestly the mix of flavors that you will get to taste in the dishes you choose will delight you!!

Excellent food, the flavors are unique. The presentation very nice and careful. It is noticed that it is cooked with love and art! The ravioles with mushroom sauce are riquísimos, the summer rolls a delight and the mousse of algarroba a delicacy of another planet. The prices are very good for the quality of the dishes and serve you very well!

We went to Bamboo for dinner, surprised by the good waves of the place and its warmth. It is very well decorated, loud music and attention is excellent, very friendly and helpful. Years ago we came to Bamboo and we always marveled. We are not completely vegetarian but here the food is unique, beautiful in its details and flavors! Besides that always the attention is great, just like waiting times and their prices are very good. We love summer rolls and elgarroba mouse that are always a classic for us and we always try the new proposals, never something that you have tried from there let me down! Ice cream also richysms (the lavender and honey is from another planet). Thank you! Very happy they've reopened! We missed them and we'll always come back.
