Xian Sushi And Noodle - San Marcos

We discovered this place by chance, and it turned out to be a hidden gem. The staff are incredibly friendly, and our waiter was very helpful in answering our questions. Her recommendations were spot on. They offer a wide variety of sushi options, along with many of our favorite Chinese dishes. I ordered the General Tso's chicken, and two others in our group did as well, and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. One person in our group had an amazing noodle bowl; they actually make the noodles right in front of you, which ensures they are super fresh. As for the prices, it really depends on what you order, but you can expect to pay between $10 and $13 per plate. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we will definitely be returning.

The staff was friendly and quick! I ordered a few sushi rolls for lunch, and they presented them beautifully on a boat! Unlike many other sushi places that offer just a few variations of crab mix, this restaurant has some unique and intriguing roll combinations. I had a really enjoyable lunch and will definitely be returning.

The prices are quite reasonable, and the dishes are full of flavor. Our service was a bit limited since we only had one waiter, Austin, who did a fantastic job managing everything on his own. We ordered the veggie spring rolls (both steamed and fried), the alligator roll, pork buns, dan dan noodles, and cold sesame noodles with ginger shrimp and broccoli.

I sent this message to their private chat 2 weeks ago but nobody care. So I think I have to send it here so they can pay attention to their food. I ate in the restaurant and ordered some soup dumplings to go for my husband, when I got home, my husband ate half and told me the dumplings were raw ....It is not any flavor issues, they were not fully cooked. I can not understand it since that was a Saturday afternoon not busy at all. My husband's stomach was upset that night. ????

Great experience! Amazing for gluten free people, had some gluten free shrimp dumplings! So good. And had the stir fry w/ gluten free noodles. My server Meghan was so sweet and very understanding of my allergy. Only the best in San Marcos. Can?t wait to be back!
