Tea Amo - San Marcos

Best tea place ever. Had my first boba drink here in March and came back. Recommend the royal milk tea if you're nervous. It tastes great. This place has a good vibe.

Just went in and tried their new seasonal drink! It's a Dirty Thai Ice Blended and it tasted great! The staff was very nice and helpful, can't wait to go back soon!

Honestly an ok place to chill I guess, lots of drinks on there most in combination of flavors.Ordered tea with aloe jelly and several flavors cant remember name but honestly tasted like how shampoo smells likeTheir toffee mocha crumble aint worth it they were like ya boba goes best with you dont need to add anything else no boba doesn't go with it boba wasn't cooked all the way so it more on the dry side than chewy boba you can squish under ur teeth and the drinn was sickeningly sweet ratio of sugar and coffee, i couldn't put it down.Honestly dont go there on a hot day the free water they have to rhe side would seem much better than any combination of their drinkLil note they got $9.99 stuffed animal boba cups where you can pour your drink on top and theres a stuffed animal on the botton in a attached compartment.Also apparently no, they don't have Hello Kitty Tiramisu which was disappointing, but they have regular tiramisu, cheesecake slice waffles, wings and cajun fries also disappointed I didn't try those since I was short on money.

Came in less than 10 minutes before close and the staff were great. We didn’t feel rushed, got our two drinks very quickly and were out in just a few minutes. The matcha milk tea and lavender tea were both really impressive. The cups were a nice detail as well. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you Tea Amo!

I'm always looking for boba places that have good tea and snacks like popcorn chicken. Most places only serve tea nowadays, but Tea Amo didn't disappoint!The tea flavor is above average, but some of the fruitier/flavored drinks will be a bit sweet. I recommend lowering the sweetness to 30% or 0% depending on if you get a flavor or additional toppings. Their popcorn chicken is yummy and spicy, probably one of my favorites of the few choices around San Marcos. The spice doesn't make you cough, but tastes great. The Cajun fries are also ?I recommend ordering ahead of time if you plan on getting food as well. Otherwise drink service is relatively fast.The atmosphere is pretty cute, perhaps a bit too pink for me, but it has a chill cafe vibe to it.
