They are a fairly atomic sphere and food is very hot fresh and ready they are very nice and friendly I had no problem with any help or bad customer service I love peace for the lunchtime anytime.

This restaurant always seems to have slow service. During my last visit, the fries tasted old, which was disappointing. I understand it's fast food, so I can't expect top-notch quality, but I really wish the fries weren't so chewy. On a positive note, my chicken sandwich appeared to be freshly cooked.

The chicken sandwich was hard, I had to sown it with hot sauce and not soak the chicken. I wanted Fried okra and no fried Okra.

I wanted to try the latest article on the menu, the chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, it wasn't very good. It was very dry and too crisp. Maybe if it becomes a regular product and the staff is trained how to cook it, so it is not overdue, it will be better. I had also ordered the pancake, but instead an apple cake was given to me. When I discovered it, I was back at work and couldn't get back as I wanted. A cake is better than a cake. The staff was very friendly and pleasant to speak. There was a young lady in training who was very nice. I get this place and love the chicken. Maybe the sandwich is simply not meant to be part of the menu, who knows.

I had the worst fast food experience imaginable. Each time I visit, I leave feeling disappointed. I'm not asking for much; just the basic service should be enough, yet it consistently falls short. It's as if they're intentionally trying to ruin my experience. Three weeks ago, I waited 40 minutes for my order. The following week, I couldn't place my order unless it was through DoorDash. And today, they forgot my fries and ketchup, and they handed me mild sauce when I specifically ordered spicy. It's quite remarkable how reliably disappointing this place is.
