El Taco Feliz 2 - San Marcos

After looking at the menu online, we chose to order the mini taco plate for $5.49. However, when we arrived to pick up our food, we were surprised to find out that the plates were actually $10.95 each! When we asked if they would honor the online price, we were told no and informed that they were aware of the pricing error. It is important for the restaurant to ensure that their prices are accurate and consistent across all platforms.

The food at this restaurant is excellent! We were traveling and craving some authentic breakfast tacos. We found this hidden gem on Yelp and decided to give it a try. Located off a main road, the restaurant is small but you can tell it's authentic. The chilaquiles were delicious and they served great coffee, Mexican Cokes, and Fanta. The restaurant is family-owned and the staff is friendly. If you're looking for fancy decor or fancy presentation, this may not be the place for you. However, if you want authentic, homemade Mexican food, then this is the place to go. We will definitely remember this place and make sure to visit every time we are in town or passing through. Perfect!

They make up their own hours and never answer the phone. My husband went to pick up tacos for us at 2pm and even though there were a ton of people eating in the dining room, they told him they were closed. This is disappointing bc I love their tacos, but not worth the hassle.
