Café Corta'o - San Luis Potosí

Been coming here for a few years now and the quality of food/coffee just keeps getting better. They have plenty of variety of food and coffee selections for all types and if you stay long enough, you get to listen to a trio group that plays here regularly.

This place lives up to the hype. The egg on toast with mushroom gravy was fantastic. One of my favorite breakfasts ever.(I wasn't a fan of the cappuccino. Too watery. The waitress was prompt and excellent and incredibly kind (my Spanish sucks .I was there on a Wednesday morning around 10:30 and there was live entertainment! It has multiple large rooms which are all packed (for good reason , yet they still found a table for me. It's lively and people are clearly welcome to linger and talk. The location is great. Highly recommended.

What an amazing experience. The owner came to our table, since we are from out of town sat down with us and took our order based on his ideas. Definetly the service is outstanding and he is a very proud owner (as he should be) definetly stop by and try it.

Excellent restaurant! Taste, service, price, everything is great! The restaurant was full, we had to wait 15 minutes to come, but although it was full of the service was still excellent! My wife had the Plato Cortao and I had a mixed plate of Huevo Abolengo/Chorizo Chilaquiles and everything was very delicious. I love the idea that you can combine 2,3 or 4 dishes in a dish as you wish. I ordered 2 and they gave me 1/2 portions of each and accused me for 1/2 the cost of each record. Very recommended!
