It's a great place to have lunch and the food is decent. Don't show up early for your reservation-it makes the host furious.

After being disappointed with more expensive seafood in near-by Morro Bay and downtown San Luis Obispo over the previous days of my trip, I was very pleasantly surprised and, honestly, shocked to have my best seafood near the airport(?! waiting for my flight! I appreciated the fish and shrimp (why have to choose only 1? and chips combo. See pic...if it attaches. I was not prepared for my first bite of the perfectly battered and fried shrimp and fish. Having worked in restaurants before, I think I recognized and appreciated that they were fried in clean oil; makes ALL the difference to cook the batter right, and shows a cooking staff that gives effort to cook well. Cleaning frying oil is an unpleasant chore. The cocktail and unique tarter sauce perfectly complimented the fish and shrimp. People who like coated French fries will love their 's. I don 't care for them, but liked the few I ate. Again, clean oil is easy to notice. I liked the lightly creamy, crunchy coleslaw. Don 't look past this delicious and reasonablyprice airport food!
