Las Papas Rellenas - San Luis

We decided to try some fried roasted meat for a change, but to my surprise, it was quite disappointing, especially since I usually love fried teriyaki. The meat was poorly prepared and barely roasted, which made me wonder if it was fresh at all.

While the prices have increased slightly, the food remains delicious and generous in portion size. I believe it's worth the cost, and you can easily share a dish between two people.

The carne asada could use some improvement; the flavor was lacking.

They have to say that the guacamole they serve is actually salsa, not guacamole. I ordered the Mexican potato and asked them to remove the little flag, but instead they added jalapeños, and the potato was meant for a child. When it arrived, I gave it to the poor kid, and he started crying! He turned red in seconds! I had to call because when I tried it, I immediately realized it was too spicy. They must have confused it and put salsa instead of guacamole. The girl who answered told me that they prepare it with chili, and if it turned out too spicy, that’s just how it is. I mean, if they themselves know it's too spicy, they should let us know because that avocado mix had nothing to do with guacamole!

The prices should be updated. It would be helpful to either post them on Facebook or display them on the truck so that customers don't feel like they're being taken advantage of.
