Subway - San Lorenzo

I normally do not leave ratings, but I had to take time out of my lunch break to share this with the public. There is no star rating worthy of how terrible this place is. The employees are extremely disrespectful and prejudiced. Employee number 10191 at the San Lorenzo location refused to make my sandwich the way I wanted and greeted customers of her own race differently. I had to confront her about her attitude and she left without properly bagging my items. I had to come back to the store to receive the rest of my order. I will never spend my money here again. My experience was so unsatisfactory that I couldn't even eat my sandwich on my lunch break. Very disappointed.

The service at this restaurant was lacking, with a wait time of 35 minutes. Overall, the experience was not good.

The restaurant is very skimpy with the vegetables. It's disappointing to get a footlong Subway sandwich with only two pickles. And they won't add more if you request extra.

This subway is prepared with honor. The bowl is healthy, clean and on time.love it. 5 star platinum service. Try it. John Hann

Very bad, ordered 2 6 inches, one meatball the other black forest ham, and they just put 2 slices of ham only and 4 balls of meat, i check it in the net and they were suppose to put 4 slices, also they cut the bread not starting from the side as normalbut from the top so when they open it the area to fill is way less, just pure scam, these people want to steal in any waypossible
