Contribuiți la feedbackBlack Angus was as good as I remember it. Made reservations through Open Table got right in. Lots of people waiting to get seated. Waiter was attentive and helpful with Groupon. Had Prime rib and a salmon dish both were excellent. In and out in about 45 minutes.
Horrible service, the salads came after the entrees one person's drinks came after the meal was completed. The server forgot to put in part of the order Overall it was a long drawn out meal it wasn't even busy
Our drinks were not prepared correctly neither were two of our steaks they were over cooked and one was so dry I wouldn't even give it to my dog We have visited this place in the past and the food was very good. Maybe because it was Fathers Day? I would think they would of been better prepared
Service was abysmal. Spent three freaking hours there, waiting and waiting. Waiting way too long to order, for beverages, for the dinner, for the CHECK! The Ribeye that I ordered was raw, 50% fat and connective tissue, and tasted like it was lifted from a T.V. dinner. That Black Angus in San Lorenzo has never really been very good, but this was pretty bad even for them. I will never go back. Absolute waste of time and money.
We had reservations for 4pm we were seated promptly. The hostess manager were speaking loudly about another party who obviously been waiting a long time. Made for an awkward situation. Besides the initial uneasiness, our dinner was enjoyable. Our server Breana was spot on. Being Fathers's Day, the restaurant was very busy. Breana was very attentive always made sure we had everything we needed.
