Taqueria Los Pericos - San Leandro

This restaurant used to be my favorite spot. They had the best carnitas in the Bay Area. However, a few months ago they changed chefs, and I've since deleted their number from my contacts. I even called to inform them about my disappointment. I tried giving them multiple chances over the last few months, but it's just not the same anymore. The carnitas are now bland and dry. It’s such a shame after 20 years of great food.

I'm from Canada, but I visit this area so often that I can confidently say these are the best enchiladas I've ever had. The burritos are also fantastic. I always make it a point to stop by here whenever I visit!

Excellent authentic Mexican cuisine. The ingredients were high-quality, and the service was great. We truly enjoyed our meal and will definitely be returning soon.

My family has been here for years. I love her carne asada tacos! My daughter loves her Quesadillas! I can eat their chips and salsa all day!! We go there regularly. I recommend this Taqueria?

Wonderful taqueria with consistently good food. I have been a patron for over 20 years and always pleased with the burritos, fajitas and other dishes. I also recommend the huevos rancheros for breakfast.
