I’m not sure what’s going on at this location but it seems to be too much to ask for them to make a correct order. Last week I ordered 2 beef nachos with no modifications… as is. One had beef and one didn’t. I was the loser who drew the nachos without beef.Today, I ordered for my coworker again and had to explain why her empanada was sitting in the bag… bare naked with no wrapper. Thought it somehow fell off in the bag but there was no wrapper whatsoever. Ordered 2 nachos again with no modifications and one has no sour cream. I’m not sure how hard it is to make nachos correctly but apparently an unobtainable feat for this location.Oh and the 2 sauce packets for 4 items was the cherry on top.
If you only have cash they will not serve you. You either have to have a car to come through the drive though or maybe walk up to the drive through window depending on how the manager feels. There is no counter help.
We were just passing through and got hungry so we made a pick up order for this location on a weekday evening. When I entered the lobby, there were a few couples eating and one person sleeping on a table. That made me worry about the condition of the restrooms, but I needed to use them so I tried the handle but there was a lock with a code. I told the staff I was there to pick up and I needed the code for the restroom. They looked at me and then looked at each other and then grabbed a stick of some sort that I thought was a key. Instead of handing it to me, the girl walked me to the bathroom and opened the door. The bathroom was in fine condition and I grabbed my food and left. I felt quite bad that they had so many bad reviews here because I think they are probably doing the best they can with the types of people and things they have to deal with at this location. The food was fine and I just didn't feel they deserved a 1 star rating.
I usually have to ask for something I already selected when using the touchscreen kiosk. Employees are more focused on the drive thru than customers walking in.Parking: Homeless are in the parking lot and at the drive thru asking for change.
