My mobile order wasn’t ready (although the new feature on the app said someone was already working on it) and she told me that I had to come inside to pick it up.My sick infant and I kindly declined and she asked me to wait in the current line, then exit and re-enter the drive thru line to get it.She refunded me but not even the correct amount. She shorted me. Such lousy service, especially since the new app feature shows the progress of your order.
The girls were hustling, i think david up front was high or incompetent. just stood there and stared off into space while we were ordering and then kept disappearing when a line would appear
Been coming here for years today got Poor service waited 30 minutes and got attitude from barista. I’m gonna stop drinking Starbucks after today.
Ambling, taking their time, and totally ignoring me in the drive thru even though my drinks were already made. Took unnecessarily long with a surly, unapologetic attitude. I don’t normally leave reviews but this one was just so obnoxious.
Had a great mocha frappe. I was there to meet for business but had no place to plug in a laptop. That was disappointing.
