Denny's - San Leandro

I have been coming to this Denny's since I was 23 and I'm 35 now! They have seen me as a drinker, get sober, have 2 children and completely grown up.. Martin, Rosa, Irena, Jorge and a few others have been there for the amount of time! Just like any place they have their moments of not the best service but it's open 24hrs a day! The staff is extra friendly! I like be when I walk In and I'm greeted by name and my kids are greeted by the staff also! Unless the whole waitstaff changes I will forever be a loyal customer

Great service, good food and on time even when it was packed the waiter was very friendly.

Waiter was really great and fast ordering didn't have to sit for too long. And my food was good like always

Good food with Denny's standards (eg grand slams, moon over my hammies) as well as new menu items (like my delicious bourbon chicken skillet). Prices have increased a lot, though, you can no longer get a meal with a drink for under $10 per person

My wife ordered some appetizers and I ate some too. Everything was really cooked to perfection from the onion rings,fried thick cut french fries and crispy chicken wings, and mozzarella sticks were delicious. My Granddaughter had a cheese burger,Mac and cheese with sliced bananas and her hamburger looked really big for a kids burger and she liked it. My other Granddaughter had pan cakes, breakfast sausage and grapes and she enjoyed her meal. I had a half order of nacho cheese chips with hamburger meat and it was pretty good sized portion. Our waitress was very attentive to our needs and very polite but she missed some stuff from our order but she brought it to us when we told her. Overall it was a great experience for me and my daughter always brings my granddaughters here to eat and I can understand why. The service was excellent and the food was great and was clean. I went to the restroom and it was very clean.
