Piola Pizzeria - San Juan

The Sunday brunch cuisean was exceptional. We went as a party of 7. The guava and passion fruit mimosas were excellent. We ordered almost everything on the menue being: guava pancakes, French toast with an awesome suave, eggs Benedict with brisket, totar totos with eggs ,sausage, and lots of herbs, fruit bowl, breakfast pizza and French fries Every bite of each entree was a fascinating experience. The ambiance and decore were modern. I will definitely be returning. Loved it!

We were staying at a hotel right down the road and decided to get some fresh air. The open deck looked inviting, so we popped right in. The service was great. Never rushed, but always there if we needed something. It felt cozy out on the deck, but nice to see the night life going on around. Originally we were only going to stop in for drinks, but decided to order some pizza to go. The choice and variety were fantastic. Lots of mixes we wouldn't put together for ourselves. It is honestly some of the best pizza I have ever had. I think they had fresh mozzarella on it, which added to the richness and depth that most pizzas do not offer. I felt the price was more than fair for the amount of food we got. If you get a chance to stop in here, you won't be disappointed.

Walked over from hotel thinking yeah this will just be tourist trap. Wrong. Delicious, hot pizza made to order. Garlicky, nice balance of toppings, and chewy sort of crispy crust. They offer many pizza toppings, hard to choose. Guess I'll be going back. Two items they should fix though, picked up the pizza and headed for stairs to go down to exit, noticed an open space where you could just step off the raised floor and drop about 3 feet, nothing blocking the area. Other item was went I got back to my room the pizza hadn't been cut.

Este restaurante Piola, queda muy cerca de mi casa asi que fui caminando. La calle Loíza esta llena de buenas propuestas de comida pero que tengan buena pizza son pocos! Este lugar, decorado a la par con el lugar de origen de la pizza, Italia, te hace sentirte cómodo y a gusto. Las cervezas, no tienen la variedad de artesanales que otros restaurante pero tiene buena variedad, te las sirven muy frías y cubiertas de hielo! El menú de las pizzas es bastante variado y ameno! Tienen de todos los sabores y mezclas posibles! El ambiente es ruidoso, pocas mesas, puedes sentarte en la barra, los adientos de l barra no son muy cómodos pero para una pizza y par se birras esta bien. Se puede comer pasta tambien! La decoración esta hermosa y divertida! El servicio cuando el restaurante esta semi-vacío es excelente. Tiene un patio abierto sin a/c en donde puedes celebrar reuniones y cumpleaños. No tiene estacionamiento pero esta "walking distance" del Hotel Double Tree en la de Diego y del Condado y Ocean Park. Abre de martes a jieves de 12 medio dia a 11 pm y los viernes y sábados de 12-12. Domingos de 12 medio día a 11 pm.Los precios son módicos pero no es barato.

Es una buena pizzería. Hay una excelente carta de pizzas. El lugar es muy agradable. El cliente se siente muy bien atendido.
