The house music is tuned to kcrw, so they know that this place is cool! they have a spectacular lobby with magnificent art and views of the pacif. it is about 12 minutes walk to playa maderas beach. situated betten, good wlan. great location

I love the view, the food is good but they won’t allow kids under the age of 18?! I took my friends and their 14 year old son and we were told we couldn’t stay. But there was a guy passed out on one of the couches

Love this place! no children squirted around and ruined the mood. it is peaceful and relaxing! the food and drinks are also delicious. a visit worth! whenever I am in sjds, I visit here a whole day.

Beautiful place to visit if you want to see maderas beach. there is a walk in the accommodation that will bring them to the famous surfspot.

Not only is this hotel beautifully decorated, maintained, and landscaped, but the people working here are super helpful and friendly. The breakfast options are all delicious. You can walk to playa maderas from here ~10 mins downhill on a path). It is about 20 mins from San Juan Del Sur but there are very affordable shuttles that you can take into town if you so choose. We’ll be coming here again next time we return to Nicaragua!
