Mariscos Chilo - San Juan del Río

Let me start with this: The place is very clean and well maintained. The service is excellent and the food is DELICIOUS. They have a unique style and every time I (over 15 years) the flavors are the same. Fresh seafood and fish!

My friend and I were on the way back from San Miguel de Allende to Tequis. I ordered a bread fillet with cheese and shrimp, he ordered a whole mojarra. The whole fish was better, the fillet was a little soggy and tasteless. The service was incredibly fast and friendly. Nice for a stop on the way, but not worth a trip in itself.

If you want good food, variety and great service come to chilos. The prices are good, the food is good as well and the service is quick. There is a great choice in different dishes. Definately you won't be dissapointed.

You can eat here several types of seafood and they have very good prices, but food is not so good, it is only average. Children can enjoy here.

I love it. It is not a chic restaurant with seafood that has food and drinks. Everything I tried here was funny and good. One near Jurica is the one I visited. Shrimps are their best option among many good ones. Service is simple, do not expect the very nice waiter or something.
