A pleasant and enjoyable dining stop after visiting the Mission and the State Park in San Juan Bautista. We ate at their small patio, but there were plenty of tables inside and curbside. Came here on a Saturday, mid morning. We were greeted nicely and sat immediately. It was rainy, and we wanted to sit outside under their covers. The waitstaff never complained about coming outside and getting a bit wet. The food we ordered was great. They also brought out a piece of cake and sang happy birthday to my brother. We didn’t ask, they just did it and was such a wonderful surprise. We’ll have to go back for lunch or dinner.

This restaurant is always a fantastic choice for lunch or dinner. They offer a wonderful selection on the menu, and the prices are quite reasonable. For a dine-in experience during lunch, I spent about $20–30 per person. I would rate the food a solid 4 out of 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4. I highly recommend trying the Chile Verde!
