Modern, clean. Inventive and delicious. It's hard to find inventive food in Mexico that's done right. This guy naturally knows ingredients and how to combine them in an interesting way. If it sounds strange, try it. Who would have threatened that a sausage in the style of Alsation... plates, all on bread would be so delicious. My husband hesitated for taking potatoes, but he was soooo wrong!

This is a very nice little place. Service was amazing. The food was really good. I had the pork leg sandwich with apple sauce and blue cheese. The waffle was very interesting. Even without the maple syrup he tasted very beautiful. In summary, I recommend this place for breakfast, brunch and lunch.

Great place with delicious food. Mexican cuisine with modern touch or new dishes with traditional taste. Good idea for lunch, dinner or dinner. Not only sandwiches large salads, guacamole, desserts (Palanqueta con arroz y piña! and many more... others. Also good selection of organic drinks and traditional tasty tepache de piña. All surrounded by minimal and cozy design and good music. Pure pleasure:

Last Sunday for a late breakfast (11AM), the place is close to a very nice plaza. Small place, but very cozy and warm. Service was very good, and the food was delicious. Chilaquiles and Molletes very good and the best waffle in Mexico! ... If you are in Queretaro and want a good and relaxing breakfast, go there!!!

If it sounds strange, try it. Who woulda thunk that an Alsation style sausage plate, all on bread, would be so delicious. My husband hesitated because of the inclusion of the mashed potatoes on it, but he was soooo wrong!
