The waitress seemed shy and obviously understands my English as well as I understand Spanish. I am learning. She quickly identified me as American before I even spoke and replaced my menu with an English version. Likewise brought the chef Mohammed out to greet me in English. The service is good as she quickly serves and resets the few tables. Works hard and professional. Even though I only had soup and pita bread, it was made fresh and of course, it was absolutely amazing. You can tell that there is a lot of love, respect, heritage and pride going into every dish.
