Taco Bell - San Jose

Steven S. was good in customer service when taking my order, but he needed to speak up. Perhaps this is due to the safety dividers? I enjoyed a combo of 3 soft supremes with a large drink and extra green sauce. The interior dining area was fairly clean and the men's restroom was clean. Another satisfying visit! I don't frequent this restaurant often, but I am always impressed by how quick and efficient the drive-thru service is. When you pull up to place your order, there is always someone there to take it, even though there is a menu with a microphone available. I'm not sure why, maybe it has to do with COVID or a broken microphone. After giving your order and paying, you drive to the window where you receive your drink right away. Typically, within 2-3 minutes, your food is ready to go. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is typical Taco Bell fare - fast food. But let's be real, no one expects gourmet when they pull up to a Taco Bell drive-thru, right? Overall, if you're craving Mexican food the fast-food way, this is a great spot to visit. I highly recommend their Supreme Tacos which come with sour cream. They are delicious, filling, and always hit the spot. 5 stars from me!

The restaurant is in a great location and offers friendly and courteous service for both kiosk purchases and online orders, as well as for drive-through customers.

Went to the drive-thru, what can you say about Taco Bell, other than it's safe dependable always the same product, just a good experience, not a fantastic place to dine, not high quality food but in a pinch for fast food it's good especially if you're in a hurry and in the go.

Very hard working folks here. Even on lunch break they go out of their way to help. I wish the wait is a little shorter but it's not the employees fault. The dining area gets really sunny so I wish they could cover up the window a bit more on west side. Other than that, please reward such harding working folks.
