Sushi Koya - San Jose

The Dancing Albacore (5 Pieces) has no rice, but the albacore itself tastes good. However, the sauce overwhelms it, making it soggy. The Fujiyama roll is filled with a lot of orange-colored ingredients mixed with imitation crab, which we did not enjoy. There were hardly any jalapeños in it. The Dragon roll we received looked nothing like the one in the picture. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

I absolutely love Koya. The food is incredible, always fresh, and the service is excellent. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I have visited this restaurant four times this year and will definitely be returning. The Monster Roll is absolutely amazing and is large enough for two people to share and enjoy.

Always fresh, delicious and consistent quality of fish. Never disappointed. Portions are generous. Its our go-to sushi restaurant for take out.

Extremely quick and fresh service. The chef offered a great variety of sashimi that was delicious and flavorful. The rolls were tasty and didn't overshadow the freshness of the fish. I would love to dine here again, 5 out of 5 stars.

The Dragon Roll and Cucumber salad are my go-tos because they are always consistently delicious!
