Pizza Hut - San Jose

I ordered using their application. When I arrived my order was ready, and it didn't take me more than 2 minutes to get my order. The employees are great and welcoming. My overall experience was good.

This location always gets our order right and delivers quickly. The quality of food is always consistent and I definitely recommend these guys!

Food was good. Customer service could improve a little. I was a little disappoint cause they charge 1.29 for an oz of pepper or Parmesan cheese. That should be included with the family order.

In this time if COVID, I've ordered various meals for delivery a few times now. My first experience was unimpressive (late delivery and just-warm food--and, ordering online, the tip was already paid, so... , but the rest of the times were much better. I have no contact with anyone, of course, but the meals are never wrong (i.e., what I ordered, I get , and each tastes good, whether pizza, chicken, breadsticks, or dessert. Come to think of it, there is one strange occurrence that's happened at least twice. I've ordered (online the Honey BBQ wings (NOT boneless , and not only have I received the boneless (once but ALWAYS something spicy! I don't know if their H-BBQ sauce is just spicy or if I've never gotten the H-BBQ at all. But that's the only issue I've had that I can think of. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

Establishment is very small but clean. They get 5 's for giving exceptional customer service and my pizza was done very quickly. They also weren 't stingy with giving me parm or pepper packets.
