Small combination of pizza and 6 wings were $35. The same was 27 at the Blossom Hill site. This place is shady. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else. I wish I could give less than 1 star, this place doesn't even deserve the 1 star. I'm so disappointed by the person who thinks it's okay to cure with the customers. Wow. Does anyone have a phone number for them?
The pizza was good for pan pizza. The prices are good for the pizza and the ingredients were fresh. The disappointing part was the $9.99 we paid for these sad excuses for boneless barbecue wings. They were glorified chicken nuggets with hardly any sauce at all. Would go back for pizza but don't order the boneless wings!
This place is always very clean and the workers always really nice! The pizza here is always fresh, hot and delicious! And 50% off on Tuesdays!! Never had a bad pizza here. My husband loves the Hawaiian chicken luau and I love the snowy alps. And we both love love love the the McKinley!!
I ruined my son's birthday party. I have an order for 5 pizzas for delivery to a birthday party at 10:54 for delivery at 11:45. The location was at the address of Rockin Jump San Jose, and I added notes, including the name of the location and name and number of party in where it should be delivered. The pizza had not arrived until 12:00. I called and the person I spoke to spoke very quickly and confusingly and said he didn't know where to go. After a while, I realized they had delivered the pizza to the wrong place. The person I spoke to allow this immediately and said something about his brother who delivered the pizza to a building where he had left it from a door that had just closed and did not leave. He wouldn't tell me where this place was. He promised that the pizzas will be restored in 15 minutes (the location was 5 minutes away). He did not stop hearing the right address to deliver the pizza, although I asked several times where they were delivered. 12:15 The pizzas were not there yet. I called again and was told to the driver that he was out with the pizzas, would not yet confirm the correct address, not where this second batch went, nor where the first had been sent. I asked for the delivery driver's phone number and I was told that my number would be given to him and he would call me. No one has ever called, not even, all this to check on this order. They claimed several times that they had tried to call me; I received no calls and was lied to each of the three times that I called to check the order. The pizzas arrived at 12:45, 1h late and after the venue closed for our party (we had a birthday party at Rockin Jump from 10:45 to 12:45). This is absolutely the worst service I have experienced in more than a decade than Mountain Mike customers (mostly the Sunnyvale and Palo Alto locations). I had 20 adults and 12 children, including my son, whose birthday it was who had no lunch. At 4pm this afternoon, after this complete disaster, I called for a refund and said they had no access to the system and I would have to call back on Monday at 5pm to talk to the manager.
Bad customer service. The cash register tool for a long time to place my order. Don't come back.
