Lee Sandwiches - San Jose

I grabbed some banh mi sandwiches, of course, and a variety of desserts!

Normally love the food at Lee's but customer service was so bad today. Ordered a sandwich forgort to tell them about a mayonaise food allergy for about 20 seconds. Cashier said too late and then said something to the cook, and they brought the sandwich to us. I opened it and it had mayonaise on it. She gave us food WITH A KNOWN ALLERGEN IN IT. She refused to remake it and refused to give a refund. We had to get loud which brought another cashier to help resolve our issue.

Terrible customer service. Kids really had to use the restroom but employee locked and lied that's it's broken. Next door nail salon said they do this all the time and also said we can't use their restrooms... I said I'll pay to let the kids use the restroom, still no.Good food.

Very unprofessional- made me wait to have a conversation with another customer. Not only did I pay extra for croissants and didn’t get but they messed up my order.
