Emc Seafood Raw - San Jose

I visited the restaurant for lunch on a Sunday afternoon and found it to be quite empty, so we were seated immediately. The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive. I ordered the Sangria and shared the Parmesan Truffle Fries with my companions. I also tried my mother's Santana Roll, had the salmon toro, and my niece enjoyed the garlic noodles. All the dishes were flavorful and of excellent quality. The salmon toro was particularly fresh and buttery, and the truffle fries were outstanding. The Sangria was quite refreshing after a warm day. The Santana Roll was also very good, and I would definitely order everything again. While the prices are somewhat high, they are reasonable for the location. Overall, we had a great dining experience and would definitely return.

The first time here and I love it! I came here to celebrate some promotions that we closed with my boss and colleagues. We came around 4ish and pretty much ordered everything on the happy hour menu LOL although it took some time to get our food (understood how it was busy, it was definitely worth waiting! Food was 10/10 and drinks were 11/10 (we have lychee martinis!!! Very recommend to give them an attempt if you are looking for some good food in Santana Row!

Great food, good service. Happy Hour 3-5p oysters were the best. We ordered seafood and sushi last time we were in Santana series. Our servers are attentive and offer a great service. Will definitely recommend.

Update: I experienced much better service during my next visit, which happened to be on a quieter day (Monday) and not during the peak dinner rush. Our server was attentive and friendly this time. We ordered rolls and the small plate of Crispy Calamari. The calamari was bursting with flavor, thanks to the onions and jalapeños, with a wonderful spice and perfectly fried texture. The spicy aioli was also delicious. The sushi was outstanding—super fresh and expertly crafted. I highly recommend the Truffle Salmon Roll and the Spicy Yellowtail Jalapeño Roll!

The foods here are delicious and the service was great! I especially love the atmosphere in here, it's very cozy and romantic in my opinion. I came here to celebrate my birthday as well as Christmas and one staff noticed that it was my birthday so he gave me a FREE dessert of my choice and put a lit up candle on top of it for me thank you so much!!! I came here twice already and the experiences are always good, nothing to complain Thank goodness they open on Christmas Eve and Christmas days, or else we wouldn't know where else to go.
