El Tule - San Jose

Some of the best Mexican food we had in California. Traditional Oaxacan dishes served with homemade corn tortillas If you drive on 85 through San Jose, you must go!!!! Mole was tasteful and not too sweet Tyaluda was fresh and crispy (but not fried) chicken soup could cure any cold

One of the best Oaxacan restaurants I have eaten in. I just don 't have the opportunity to get back there any soon but I absolutely recommend the Tlayudas and the mole. The tase is very original. I hope I will have the chance to go back there once more.

Oaxaca has the most authentic, complex and tasteful gastronomy in Mexico, and El Tule really represents this. Despite the leak of traditional and authentic ingredients, despite the thousands of miles that separate San Jose from Oaxaca, the food brings you back to Mexico, the great handmade tortillas, the best beans touch with the klasic avocado leaves, the dense and spiced chocolate. Good things take time, and while you wait, you can enjoy typical drinks and the horchata con tuna water, and believe me, the food will take from your mind the waiting period. I can't wait to come back.

Maybe I'm a little biased because I'm from the state of Oaxaca. El Tule offers a great Oaxacan menu. The mole is made from scratches. The Tlayuda will fulfill every desire. Don't forget to try the Oaxacan horchata! Of course the service Rd exceptional and always super beautiful.
