Chipotle Mexican Grill - San Jose

Put an order for pick up on the app that I highly recommend to do because it is fast and convenient and they collect points to redeem items. the front entrance is opposite the alameda and there is an exit on the back where there is much shared with other shops, so many parking places. Online orders are placed on a rack from the side. that was my first time I made mobile order, so I was a little confused when I checked in or not. those when they asked, they said it's on the rule and grab whatever mine is. I don't feel safe because their order can be taken accidentally or can simply be stolen. when I came home, one of the 2 Burrito bullets was a huge chaos that it was not properly sealed, but also ask why there is so much liquid sauce? (see photo to reference). the second bowl that was half a hull and half a steak was good. a good part but the steak was a gloomy. I was quite disappointed by the steak this year. almost seems chipotle have changed the way and wise as they cook the steak, because it is always so dry and at the point where pieces of the bark are burned. I might have to find a new protein to eat because I still like chipotle.

This load delivers less and less food in the dish and I am sour. added are two pictures of the last (within one month) photos of what I got and then also attached the image of their current tw adwt image. Now I don't expect it to be so high in the bowl, but I expect my money to be worth. I have sent chipotle several times by e-mail to tell the area manager that he visits the server team, they gave me 250pts (big fricken deal) and nothing has changed.

I usually avoid ordering from this place because they constantly get my order wrong but the other chipotle was closed at the door so I had no option. I ordered 2 bowls a steak and veggie bowl. it must have been a glitter with my veggie gunshot because the only one that appeared on their entrance was guac instead of Idk calls? and finding out if that was right, they sent me a literal dish guac. a few dings. why should someone pay for a 12-dollar page of guac?! even if someone ordered a 12-dollar page of guac with nothing else in their bowl, I feel like they deserve more than one scoop. I tried to call the load and he sent me to a customer service. the lection learned, not order from here. even if it's their only option, it's going anywhere else!

They didn't include all items in my online order. When I tried talking to their chatbot about it in the app, it said it couldn't help me. So I do not recommend this chipotle. They stole my money and didn't provide the ordered product or a refund. Try another chain is my advice, based on this experience

I come regularly. Good portions. Keeps me nice and fat
