Chiaramonte's Deli Sausages - San Jose

I had another meal today, and you really can't go wrong here. The potato salad was amazing too!

I picked up 2 pounds of hot sausage, 2 pounds of mild Italian sausage, and 2 pounds of Spanish sausage for our Easter Sunday BBQ. It was the highlight of the party, alongside the barbecue chicken. The sausages were fantastic!

The sandwiches here are incredible, but they’re only at their best when Cherilyn is working. Unfortunately, everyone else seems to be making frequent mistakes.

The meatball sandwich was quite good. The food was served quickly, and the service was both prompt and friendly. It was nice and quiet for a Saturday afternoon. I'll definitely return to try the pepper steak sandwich next time. Prices were reasonable for what I ordered. I would give it three and a half stars.

This place is truly authentic and incredible. It's the oldest family-owned Italian deli and restaurant in San Jose, established in 1908. We sampled three different sandwiches, and I must say, the Italian meatballs were the best I've ever tasted! Unlike the saucy, cheesy American version, these meatballs are packed with herbs and flavor, melting in your mouth with each bite. The Italian sausages were so tasty that I decided to buy some extra to keep in my fridge for future meals.
