Burger King - San Jose

I ordered from drive-thru but when I got it it was wrong the burger has onions so I took it inside and told them and they take the burger and ask that they remove onions from the same burger. Gross I had to stop them. I told them I need a new one cuz theburger would still have the onion flavor. But they did make a new one so I was happy after that. It was just weird that theywould not automatically make a new burger. I could have taken the onions off myself if that was the case.

Burger king is ok only if the staff cares enoughnto make you decent burger if they R not in good mood then Forget it.

They decide when they will and wont charge you for a sauce. Sometimes the sauces cost money other time they hand them out. I got charged for KETCHUP because i didnt order fries?

Slowest. Service. Ever. And their soda machine is non-operatuonal. I couldn't even get water.

L.ask the manager if l can get the cheese sticks instead of frys on my combo she charge for 8 but she told the them to give me only 4 she's very rude
