We got the cinnamon roll french toast and the bills original skillet with the Hawaiian pancake instead of the toast. First thing is that this place gives you what you pay for, it is pricey but they serve good food and large quantities. The skillet was great, it had everything you would want on a skillet, it was savory with good flavor and not too much spice. The pancake paired prefect with the savory skillet, and none of the pancakes flavors were overpowering, might expect for something with banana to be a little too banana. The only downside to the meal was the cinnamon roll, it was dry and reminded me of cinnamon rolls that are brought into the office from time to time.
If you can?t find parking outside they have a parking inside the building. Well it started with wait time. It showed no wait time so we went there for brunch and it was about 10 min wait before we were directed to our tables. Menu is pretty generic compare to other brunch places I have been I would say. It?s pricey compare to the hype and quality of the food. I have no complains about food it?s just not extra ordinary. Loved the service. We ordered buttermilk pancakes and veggie omelette came with sourdough toast and potatoes on the side. 4 stars for hygiene. They kept sanitizers on each table and kept cleaning up our table as we added up coffee auger and cream.
This is the fourth Bill 's location I visit and again didn 't disappoint it. The consistency (flavor/presentation/sizes) on the dishes was on point, I guess the differentiation (as it normally is) is the location (building) and service. So far this is my favorite: The host was super friendly (it was busy: Sunday brunch/lunchtime) I can say all the staff, at least with the people that I ran into, was friendly and give you a smile with the eyes . I took the space available at the bar and I felt a personal service, to be honest. Carlos was very polite to me. I had Mexicano omelet (without cheese/cream), country potatoes, and pancakes to go. I asked for hot salsa and Carlos bring me 3 different ones (I could even see the moment he washed each bottle before handing them to me). If you 're trying to choose which Bill 's location to go, and have an easy/nice/no complicated breakfast/brunch/lunch this is your spot.
Service was courteous and quick, and the bar area was spotless. Good selection of breakfast foods to choose from, and I settled on the pancake combo. It is A LOT of food. The pancakes are plate sized, fairly thick, and there's three of them. They were surprisingly fluffy though, not as dense as pancakes I've had elsewhere. Eggs and bacon were great too. Coffee was above my standards for a breakfast place, fresh and not too bitter. TL;DR version: great breakfast place, definitely worth going to.
