Banh Cuon Tay Ho - San Jose

I ordered banh hoi with grilled beef in betel leaf and BBQ chicken rice. Both dishes were delicious.

Had a very late lunch after my appointment with my CPA....around 4:30 pm. Let me tell you a little secret. This is one of the rare neighborhood restaurant that haven't had a price increase at all. Almost every thing is still under $12 per entree. For those that are looking for budget lunch eat, this is definitely one of them.I decided to have broken rice with grilled pork and shredded pork pork skin rolls. By Vietnamese standards, the rolls this time looks very unappealing and chunky like a burrito....but it still tasted very good as usual. The broken rice entree came with a complimentary clear broth soup.Overall good neighborhood casual restaurant that's on the affordable side.

Lunched here with my girl and her husband. Dropped in on a weekday early afternoon so we were not met with a massive crowd. Weekends here are a far fetch in grabbing a table almost immediately so don't say I didn't warn you.We ordered the Pho, Bun Rieu, and Bánh Cuôn Táy Hô Däc Biêt. In so many words, the hype is real y'all. When you have a craving for Banh Cuon specifically and are in the South Bay this spot would be your best bet.My Bun Rieu had an abundance of flavor and was the perfect combo for the cold weather we have been experiencing lately.The menu is relatively extensive and offers many choices for diners to customize their orders. A true Vietnamese comfort food staple within the Vietnamese community!

Attentive server, and decent food. Accommodating to my kids (brought us extra bowls and scissors). Place is kept tidy clean.
