Magnino - San Gimignano

Let 's start by saying that I personally made this point known to at least 20 people within a 20 MT radius so I don 't hide behind the keyboard as those who respond to reviews like to point out. I come to report what exactly happened this morning in this lovely place in San Gimignano. I 'm from Poggibonsi so I 'm used to being served by people with a much lower level of elegance but a much higher level of kindness and friendliness towards the customer. This morning the 3 barmaids in an impeccable starched uniform served us 2 croissants and 2 coffees looking at both me and my husband as if we were two beggars, they took the cup away from us at the exact moment I placed it on the saucer, while the colleague was already ready at the register taking the bill... I don 't know if there is a dress code to enter such a local place, they were in no hurry, we were 3 cats so I can simply deduce that they serve the customer based on the sympathy they arouse or maybe you have to be from San Gimignano to be treated with respect? I don 't think the gentleman who responds to reviews has much to object to the above, hire good people who aren 't on a pedestal because you have tourists but being talked down to because of rude employees I think is worse than closing .
