The Grove Fillmore - San Francisco

I tried two dishes from the menu. The first was the French toast made with a crusty bread. I loved the crunchiness of it, as French toast can sometimes be soggy, but this one was perfect. It was topped with fresh strawberries and served with warm, vanilla-flavored syrup. I would definitely come back just for this dish. The second dish was a basic omelet. The eggs were light and fluffy, filled with cheese, bacon, and vegetables. The bacon came at an extra charge, but as a meat lover, I felt it was essential. There was plenty of thick-cut bacon, chopped up so that every bite included some. While the omelet was delicious, it wasn’t particularly remarkable. Overall, I would return, especially for the French toast.

I absolutely adore this place! The fried vegetable salad makes for a perfect lunch, especially when paired with a pot of jasmine tea. We always enjoy dining here, and make it a point to visit at least once every time we eat out.

This restaurant is fantastic, consistently delivering high-quality dishes every time. They use excellent ingredients to create delicious comfort food. Their bacon and avocado are exceptional, making for fantastic BLTAs, and as shown in the picture, their eggs Benedict are also outstanding. Additionally, their cappuccino is worth mentioning. They prepare wonderful fresh orange juice and lemonade as well.
