This resturant is the orginal version of Crustaceans run by the AN Family and they are known for having a seperate kitchen where no one but family knows the secret recipe to their world famous Drunken crab and AN’s Garlic noodles. Great atmosphere, very nice staff and food is top notch. The last time I was there I asked how many crab dishes they sold that Friday night and at 9pm they were at 475 whole crab dinners obviously the resturants specialty and favorite among customers. Expect a wait unless you have reservations or show up early this place is guarenteed to be packed and is well worth it.

Beebler is right; it’s quite messy. they’ll give you a bib and you’ll need it. but what delicious crab! i got the tamarind one and it was wonderful.

You really wouldn’t expect a restaurant like this hidden out in the Sunset district but it’s there. Some of the best crab you can ask for, and the garlic noodles top it off nicely. A bit busy, a bit messy, a bit crowded, but that goes out the window once you eat.
