Starbucks Coffee - San Francisco

Updated Review: Olivia and the rest of the staff are absolutely incredible. Olivia has such a cheerful personality and makes it a point to greet everyone, which really makes you feel valued. One of the baristas even knows us by our coffee order, which is pretty amusing! I stop by the Starbucks location at California and Van Ness almost every morning, and I've never had a day where I wasn't greeted warmly. Yesterday, Olivia was there to welcome me, and I noticed that all the staff exude positivity, making everyone's morning brighter. It’s clear they support each other too, as I saw her helping her coworkers when needed. This has definitely been my best experience in San Francisco so far. Thank you!

It's always a great spot for drinks, whether you prefer them hot or cold.

Great location, right and the corner and in the bank. I almost missed it. The atmosphere was nice, the day I went the poor Barista lady had so many drinks to make, she was overworked, but so pleasant and called everyone by name, and mentioned who was up next, and what to expect. My refresher wasn’t all the great 4/5… but it’s not my normal to grab the pineapple refresher. The new flavor was a bit though, I tried at another location. I must say the wrap is worth the money though, OMG, like definitely if you are traveling and need a fill me up, get a nice macchiato and the wrap and your day will be saved. This location is mere minutes from the Holiday Inn hotel, less than 15 seconds away from the California Street Cable Car, to head to the pier. It’s the first stop, so definitely a prime location. Definitely recommend, I was treated well, the lids and napkins area was clean and organized. I didn’t check the bathroom area, so I am unsure how that was. Good experience either way.

Super friendly ladies working here from Peru who literally made my morning! An extremely consistently yummy iced Americano with soy on a warm morning is perfect to get you going and when it's free is always phenomenal, you can't beat Starbucks killer reward system to be fair.
