Awesome coffee experience... Well worth the wait in line which went super quickly dispite being long enough to start outside. In a city over saturated with coffee shops, this one is the real deal... first and most important, the coffee was excellent... my husband's mocha was just the right chocolate, just the right sweet and the milk texture was spot on for a mocha... and my latte was textbook perfect, but elevated I can't describe just how right the milk texture was, but bravo! So glad to have had a great cup of coffee on this trip to San Francisco, and will be back next time we pass through and will be recommending Saint Frank Coffee as a must try in SF!
The coffee was quite good, out-rivaled only by geniality of the employees. They truly exemplify service with a smile and a kind word. Unfortunately there is not enough seating at this obviously popular place. Though there is additional outdoor seating, that too was filled up. The rating fell short of 5 stars because not only are there no outlets but they were not willing to plug my phone in to their available outlets behind the counter. I completely understand their reluctance but I was in need of using my maps on my phone to get around this unfamiliar (to me) city.
This is a cute coffee shop on Polk street. I usually go to cafe reveille but this is probably going to be my new go to stop if I'm over here. It has a nice modern yet cozy vibe inside good to hangout and grab some coffee/pastries with friends. There's not a ton of space inside so I would come early. There's indoor and outdoor seating areas. They are super quick to make your coffee and fairly efficient in the whole ordering process. Decent coffee but I just got a quad shot so I can judge too much on more complicated drinks. I was really excited to try their kougin amann but sadly they ran out. I got the chocolate croissant which was fairly decent. Super flakey and had a good amount of chocolate inside.
One of the better coffee places in SF. A friend of mine is a regular and I may be addicted to going each time I'm in the city. Here's what you need to know:1. Staff is super friendly and will remember what you order2. Coffee is excellent. I don't like going anywhere else when I'm in the area3. There's limited seating indoors and and upstairs which can get filled up pretty quickly but if you can secure your spot, it's great to catch up with friends.Highly recommend if you're in the area!
