Delicious boba, stellar staff, this is my go-to boba spot in SF.

Mint leaves used for Virgin Lychee Mojito is not very QUALITY.

My friends got 4 fruit teas and said they were great.I got the milk tea and it tastes like water.I guess people should order the fruit drinks.

The staff here are incredibly kind and helpful, the milk tea tastes just right, and the boba is the perfect chewiness! I was greeted by two staff the moment I entered, and was offered help with their menu too. The ordering process and drink making were extremely quick. I was told to give it a taste and let them know if I needed more sweetener or any other adjustments. I got a jasmine milk tea with boba, 30% sweetness, and 50% ice for a hot day — settings I usually get at other places — and the taste was perfect. When I got up to leave, the staff said goodbye and hoped I had a great rest of my day. I felt so welcomed and was grateful they went out of their way to make their customers happy!
