The food at this restaurant is fantastic, with every dish from appetizers to pastas to meats being a hit. However, the service is lacking. While I don't expect constant smiling and cheerfulness, I do appreciate a professional and attentive staff. Unfortunately, at Central Kitchen, I felt like I was inconveniencing the waiters who came across as cool and hipster. It would have been nice to have some personality and attentiveness, especially since we were celebrating a 50th birthday. This kind of attitude towards customers likely stems from the leadership at Central Kitchen, which is disappointing for their future success.

The food was so good and came at a civilized pace. My dinner guest was thoroughly wowed.

We had an amazing evening at Central Kitchen. Our waiter was helpful and upbeat. The menu is interesting and served family style so we got to share lots of dishes, although some mains were a small portions but still very tasty. The restaurant layout and design was lovely too. Tables not so close together which was nice. Fabulous ambience. Can't wait to return.

Four of us did the prix-fixe menu with beverage pairing. Creative, delicious food. I especially liked the use of crunchy textures, which presented another dimension to the food in a surprising, fun way. Portions were very generous. Attentive, pleasant service. Really fantastic wait staff. AMBIENCE RUINED BY LOUD, MEDIOCRE MUSIC. I AM GOING TO CONTINUE TO USE OBNOXIOUS ALL CAPS SHOUTING TO CONVEY WHAT IT IS LIKE. WHY HAVE MUSIC AT ALL? I WANT TO TALK TO FRIENDS AND ENJOY THE FOOD, NOT LISTEN TO MUSIC. I WILL NOT BE BACK.
