Parkside Tavern - San Francisco

Our first holiday dinner during the pandemic, and we couldn't be happier to have shared it with dear friends at this restaurant. The welcome we received upon arrival was warm and friendly, making us feel instantly at home.

I’ve only been here once, but I went for the NFC Championship game, and despite the crowd, the service at the bar was fantastic! Our orders were taken promptly, and the staff was very friendly.

For drinks, we ordered a mojito and an Irish coffee. The mojito was incredibly refreshing and expertly made. We also tried the fish and chips, chicken wings, and a Cobb salad. While none of the dishes were groundbreaking, the food was definitely above average. I think it would have paired well with a beer. Overall, it’s a nice bar to relax with friends and enjoy a drink. The food is solid, and they have numerous TVs for sports fans. I would love to come back earlier to experience their brunch menu.

Delicious Irish cuisine! The ribs are absolutely divine. Don't forget to try the mushy peas.
