Waited 15 minutes in line to be told that there would be a significant wait because the grill was full. They need to learn how to expedite.

Updating my review to state that even though I had a poor customer service experience management quickly stepped in to apologize and resolve the situation. Props to them for going above and beyond in a way that most companies would not.

They have the best salad! The figs, dates and walnuts make it really delicious. It is always a pleasure meeting the owner, Mary, who takes great care in ensuring customers are happy and all the ingredients used are top notch. I also tried their tomato soup, which tasted really good! This is definitely my favourite spot at Spark Social.
