Mcdonald's - San Francisco

The food at this restaurant was comparable to fast food chains like McDonald's, lacking in quality and care. Despite the simplicity of their menu, the service was slow and lacking in efficiency. It seemed like the drive-thru was prioritized over customers dining inside, leading to longer wait times. The cleanliness of the restaurant was also a concern, with dirty bathrooms that lacked proper amenities like toilet seat cover dispensers. Additionally, a transient lady approached customers for change while they were eating, making for a uncomfortable dining experience. On a positive note, the restaurant did provide hand sanitizing wipes and a play area for children.

I recently placed an order at this restaurant, which I always visit after school. However, this time the person who gave me my order had a terrible attitude. I always ask for extra fries with my happy meal, but she said she couldn't see it on the screen where they fulfill orders. I also asked for my sauce that comes with my nuggets, and she said I needed to order it before paying (which I did). I showed her my receipt, which clearly showed my order, but she was rude while making my fries. Despite trying to speak politely, she was unhelpful and the manager did nothing about it. Additionally, when I spoke in English, they didn't understand, and when I switched to Spanish, they looked down on me. If they don't want to work, they should just go home.

Avoid this particular location. It's a franchise that adds on surcharges not found at other McDonald's. The service is slow. The owner and management are probably not good which trickes down to the workers

The food is consistently incorrect when ordered. The fries are always cold, and the chicken nuggets are also cold. There have been ongoing issues with orders for 25 years. Whenever I return for a quick meal before hitting the freeway, there is always something wrong with my order or items missing, especially when it's a large order.

They take the money and then give hot chocolate and mocha half full and doesn't taste good at all. How would they like us to switch places and I can demonstrate how they serve us!
