Food was 4 star, almost no service. Whichever waiter sees you can listen to you. You have to submit online what food or meat you want.We received different orders than what we submitted. Soup for the beginning came 30 minute late.The toilet were a disaster, no tissue or soap.Seating took a good 20 min after we received the text after 30 min of waiting.The meat and food was also not the best, a decent 4 star.
The meat is not of good quality, it is not fresh, and the server appears to be overwhelmed by the number of tables.
The best Korean bbq and so far the best cost effective ratio in town. I tried almost every Korean bbq in San Francisco. K element is the best price quality customer service side dishes my son adores the beef short ribsKid friendliness: Absolutely the best family dine out option.
This place was a nightmare. go to literally any other kbbq or any other restaurant before you give this place your money. so bad. raw meat sat on our table for 40 minutes because none of the grills worked (nasty and probably a health violation). wouldn’t send my worst enemy here.
