Domino's Pizza - San Francisco

This is an outstanding example of the new Domino's model of excellence. Despite its location in a challenging part of town, the famous Tenderloin in San Francisco, they consistently deliver great pizzas with a high standard of quality control. What prompted me to finally write this review is their customer service; when I accidentally dropped my pizza on myself and the pavement—likely landing on some used needles and crack pipes—I was pleasantly surprised that they honored their carryout insurance. The manager simply said, "No worries, I've got you covered."

My order was late, but that didn't really bother me. However, the two pizzas I received had way more sauce than cheese. There were only a few specks of cheese on top, while the rest was just red tomato sauce and meat. The 2-liter Cherry Coke was almost flat; I took a few sips and couldn't finish it. The only things that were decent were the bread bites and cinnamon sticks. I usually order the $19.99 special, but I've never had pizzas that looked or tasted like this. I don't usually complain about my food, but this order was disappointing.

The app is excellent and offers a wide variety of fantastic discounted meal deals. I highly recommend using it for your orders. You have the option to place your order online and pay in cash at the store, which isn't something many takeout places provide.

The worst experience I?ve ever had. Ordered pizza for all the groomsman when we were getting ready. They said 17-30 minutes. It?s been 2 hours and they won?t answer the phone. I?ve been on hold with an hour as well. STAY AWAY

I actually went to buy their chicken Alfredo for the first time, actually pretty descent taste, I think I'll probably go back for more pasta again. The only thing that deducted 2 extra stars was when I got to the counter the gentlemen working they were moving around alot, couple of them seen me but didn't acknowledge me until I finally spoke up, other than that food was fresh and good no problems with service after the initial encounter.
